Information we collect
When you submit an inquiry, we collect the name, email address, organization (if provided), selected service and project description you enter. We also process technical request metadata to prevent abuse.
Why we use it
We use inquiry information to evaluate your request and communicate with you. We do not accept confidential attachments, protected health information or export-controlled information through this form.
Storage and retention
Submissions are stored in a Cloudflare D1 database in our Cloudflare account. Access is restricted to authorized account users. We retain inquiries while needed for business follow-up and may delete them when no longer needed. A defined automated deletion schedule is not currently configured.
Sharing and security
We do not sell submitted inquiry information. Cloudflare processes form submissions, database records, and security checks as our infrastructure provider. Resend processes email notifications and customer acknowledgments, which may contain inquiry details in administrator notifications. Google provides administrator authentication. Those providers process relevant information to deliver these services. No online system can guarantee absolute security.
